About Brittany Ohnsman
Brittany has always had a passion for developing relationships and connecting with people. She was
recommended to pursue a career in recruiting because of her customer focus, self-motivation, and her
knack for building relationships. While working for Adecco Staffing, Brittany quickly exceled and was
recognized as one of the top 100 recruiters in the nation. She built strong relationships with long lasting
clients and associates, her ability to understand and fill positions was unstoppable. She rose to the top
and became a Certified Senior Recruiter and Mentor. Quickly into her recruiting career she was
approached by a growing software company, Paylocity, looking to open a new site in the Boise area.
Brittany was hired as the first employee and helped grow the site to over 165 employees, continuously
building her network and community relationships.
She enjoys making a difference and changing peoples’ lives, it didn’t take long for her to see the
powerful impact CodeWorks was making in the tech industry. Instantly she knew she wanted to be a
part of the organization. With her years of recruiting experience and professional knowledge she not
only recruits students into our program but helps prepare them as they take a step forward into their
new career. Brittany enjoys taking on the role of a career coach and contributing to our students’
success.
